Josh Hott has built over 100 MW of power and digital infrastructure, including 60 MW developed across Houston and ERCOT. He founded Ethereal Processing, the venture's site-development and engineering arm, with deep utility-interconnection experience across CenterPoint, OGE, and ERCOT.
Darren Yun is a finance and infrastructure professional spanning energy development, financial analysis, and emerging technology. A Babson College finance graduate, he began in FP&A at Raytheon, then moved to bitcoin-mining startup Navier on site and power strategy. He now develops greenfield utility-scale battery storage, covering siting, permitting, interconnection, and project finance.
